1. Select your service

When you are directed to the online request form you can select the service you require. This is broken down into:

Air-Conditioner Repair – This is for repairs to reverse cycle ducted systems and wall split systems.
​
Air-Conditioner Service – This is for general servicing of reverse cycle ducted systems and wall split systems.
​
Evaporative Repair – This is for repairs to your evaporative (swampy) roof-mounted evaporative cooler.
​
Evaporative Service – This is for general service of your evaporative (swampy) roof-mounted cooler.

2. Select your preferred date and time
​
You can select your preferred date and time online. Please note the system is not a live calendar and does not show existing bookings. Sometimes due to existing bookings, your preferred date or time may not be available. We will contact you if this is an issue and organise this for you at the next earliest convenient time.

3. What happens next?
​
We will be in touch to confirm your booking, then you will receive an SMS the day before your booking with a reminder. You will need to respond to the SMS with either (Y) to confirm the booking, (N) to cancel* or (R) to reschedule. You will also receive an sms on the day when Nathan is on his way to you. We ask that if you’re not available, you contact us ASAP.

· Jobs cancelled after the confirmation SMS has been sent, will incur a booking cancellation fee of $50.
